Dan Grahl, President
While attending college, Dan worked along side his father with his plumbing business. In 1969 he joined the business as a partner, eventually creating Grahl’s Kitchen and Bath design center and showroom. Under Dan’s leadership the business expanded to four award-winning showrooms in the south Detrioit and Ann Arbor areas over the next thirty years. In 1995 Dan decided to move to “Paradise” and started Naples Kitchen & Bath.

Dan is a licensed General Contractor for the State of Florida and Collier County. He brings forty years of experience and innovative solutions to every remodeling project. The key to his success has always been in surpassing the customer’s expectations by providing full-service and quality workmanship from design to completion at a reasonable price. Naples Kitchen & Bath is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and the SEN Buying Group
Linda Bernard CKD, Design Consultant
Linda holds an honors Bachelors degree in Interior Design from the University of Massachusetts at Amhest. She is a seasoned professional with 20 years experience in Kitchen and Bath design, and has been a Certified Kitchen Designer since 1996. From Western Massachusetts to Southwest Florida, Linda has used her intuitive sense of space and color, and her easy, friendly, consultative approach to explain creative and timeless solutions for her clients’ residences. Her drawings clearly explain the new design not only to her clients, but also to the trade professionals who bring the dream from her 3D CAD renderings to reality.
Brian Raymond, VP of Operations
As a native to the area and one of SWFL’s leading experts in Kitchen and Bath Design, Brian has worked in prestigious communities from Sarasota to Marco Island to provide his clients with original, memorable Kitchens and Baths. Function is amply addressed, but so are aesthetics and comfort. Through his projects, Brian adds to the design and functional vocabulary of Kitchens and Baths. His timeless work has been featured in a multitude of publications including Home and Design and Florida Design magazine. He is also the recipient of numerous design awards, including first place in the CBIA Sand Dollar Awards for Best Kitchen and Best Master Bath in a Single Family Home. Brian uses photo-like 3D CAD sketches and renderings to showcase his ideas to clients in an innovative 21st century approach.
Diana Taylor, Design Consultant
Interior Designer Diana Taylor has focused on kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry design and sales for the last 20 years in Florida and Tennessee. She has received several national design awards and has had numerous projects published in trade magazines.
As a certified designer, Diana has worked extensively with designers and architects. So, whether you only want the source of the product or the entire project designed and installed, Diana can work to your schedule and will be happy to focus her experience and knowledge on your needs. Our recently expanded showroom is next to none in the Naples area and can be an impressive tool for you to use with your most discriminating clients.
Kristina Jackson, Design Consultant
Kristina comes to Naples Kitchen and Bath with more than 12 years experience within the Kitchen and Bath industry. She has worked cohesively with Interior Designers and their clients to create and implement hundreds of projects throughout the years. She enjoys most, exploring her clients wants, needs and lifestyle while empowering them to make the decisions needed to create the space of their dreams.
Tom Grimaldi, Design Consultant
Tom comes to Naples Kitchen and Bath with over 38 years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry. Originally from New Jersey, his experience is what customers draw from in making selections for their kitchen and bathroom projects. The process is easy and enjoyable as he focuses on the customers wants and needs.
Tom finds that most of his clients have great taste, but feel overwhelmed on how to pull their ideas into a well designed space. That’s where it becomes vital to enlist the assistance of a designer and is where he comes in.
Tom thoroughly enjoys designing as well as managing the entire project. His attention to detail, unique design elements and personalized spaces is what he’s all about.
