{A review written on Angie’s List}…Services preformed were a remodeled kitchen, powder room, laundry room and wood floor in the kitchen and great room. The designer, Kristina Jackson expanded the foot print of the kitchen. It went from 4 drawers to 13 drawers, a place for everything from serve ware to pots and pans. What Kristina had envisioned for the kitchen was beyond any expectations I had. Always guiding me in the right direction with color schemes. All I can say is Wow, a bit cliché but the space is overwhelmingly beautiful. And it’s all because Kristina would collaborate with me on what would be done on each day so there was never a surprise. The master carpenter, Tom Tierny, was a very meticulous man. His work was that of a superb craftsman that no longer exists in this day and age. His helper George was always friendly and cheerful. Both would stop working if I had a question and explain why they did certain things, in the end everything was done to my satisfaction. Always on time daily and leaving the residence as neat and tidy as they possibly could. Both very impressionistic as far as courtesy was concerned. The work was completed in 4 weeks and I now am getting things back into their proper place while entertaining neighbors that want to see what was done. Each one that has come in could not believe the beauty, craftsmanship and style of my new kitchen, not to mention the built in conveniences that are now in place. These three made a fabulous team not forgetting to mention Leonard who oversaw the construction. The “wish maker” who was always trying to help me through details. You have all given me a designer kitchen and I thank you. I’m sure with what my neighbors are saying you will all be busy for a long time to come. Thank you!

We can’t say enough about NKB. They were professional from start to finish. Brian’s design was perfect. Steve is a real craftsman and shows much concern for his customers. We were suprised and thrilled when the schedule was met and even finished early!

A note of thanks from Hunt and me for a job well done.  As veterans of several total renovations as well as two complete kitchen remodelings “up north”, we can honestly say that, at the end of the previous jobs, we never wanted to see our contractors again.  Even though the work was beautiful, the process always seemed to get stressful, with cost over-runs, disappearing workmen and unreachable supervisors.

Your Naples KB team changed all that.  From our first phone call, answered by Diana, we felt comfortable.  In the process of finding a kitchen and bath contractor, we probably called a dozen names and visited at lease 6 or 8 offices based on those calls.  Diana was our first stop…and she is an impossible act to follow!  Smart, creative, warm, welcoming and funny, she is your greatest asset.  Both you and Diana had wonderful ideas for us and you were adaptable when it made sense, such as helping us with our exotic granite choice.

Most importantly, you were responsive – returning emails and phone messages within a day – which is vital during a job lasting many months with and absentee owner.  Keeping lines of communication open is the single best way to reduce stress for all concerned.  Your workmen did superb work on both bathrooms as well as the kitchen, and at the end of the job, the apartment was cleaner and in better order than I had dared hope. …Katherine, New York

My wife and I feel we must write to congratulate you and your team on the first class work you carried out on the complete renovation work at our condo. When we left Naples to return home to the UK in May of this year you had just commenced work on the condo by removing virtually everything from it, kitchen, bathrooms, old floor tiling and just about everything else we could have thought of. It really did look a sight! It was with a little trepidation that having spent all the summer in the UK we returned to Naples in early November to view the work which had all been completed by that time.
We opened the beautiful new front door and my wife and I just stood with mouths open to behold the absolutely gorgeous new kitchen, stunning floor tiling, fantastic new bathrooms and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!
